HK SEMITECH has signed a distribution agreement with Toshiba Electrics Korea Corporation.

Toshiba (Tokyo Shibaura) is a multinational electronics company headquartered in Minato, Tokyo, Japan, founded in 1875. The company provides a wide range of products and services across various sectors
, including power, industrial and social infrastructure systems, elevators and escalators, electronic components, semiconductors, hard disk drives (HDDs), printers, batteries, lighting, and IT solutions
such as quantum cryptography developed at its Cambridge Research Laboratory in the UK.
 

Toshiba is also renowned for its semiconductor business, particularly for its development of flash memory and the creation of the Secure Digital (SD) specification. Until the late 2010s,
Toshiba was ranked among the top 10 in the semiconductor industry, before its flash memory division was spun off as Toshiba Memory, now known as Kioxia. Key semiconductor products from Toshiba
include MOSFETs, photocouplers, diodes, transistors, Intelligent Power Devices (IPDs), motor driver ICs, LDO regulators, and interface bridge ICs.
